Refund and Returns Policy

We only accept payment through PayPal and Credit cards (Visa and Master). Payment will not be processed until we have received all relevant information required for processing to be completed. The processing of payment for Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin until the next working day.


We process PayPal payments when you checkout from the product order screen.

Credit Cards

We accept Australian credit cards only. We do not accept international credit cards. We process Credit cards payments when you checkout from the product order screen.

Faulty goods?

Every order is inspected before it leaves our Warehouse to ensure you receive product in good condition. If your product for some reason has become faulty due to a manufacturing fault then you need to contact us on our email address info@ycmi.com.au. Please note that Faulty goods should be returned within in a reasonable timeframe.


Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.  If you require an exchange or refund then please read the following for more information:

• You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery

• You attach your original invoice (receipt) when you return the item 

• With this return we ask that you complete the exchange/return form that was received with your goods, this information helps us process the return in a timely manner.

• You are responsible for the associated costs to return the goods back to us, we do recommend that you use the registered post option as we will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non registered mail. Please allow up to 21 days for exchanges and refunds to be received and processed.

• Postage charges on returns are not refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We exchange your goods for another item without charging for a second delivery. Please note that there may be a chance that the item you bought is out of stock and we cannot fulfil your exchange, however you may choose another item of the same value or we will refund if this is unsuitable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds or credit

No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the product from you. A refund will be provided to you a credit to your account or crediting your original method of payment. For some custom orders, we are unable to provide refund if you change your mind.
