Our products can be ordered according to your request. For custom order, please see the easy steps as follows:
- Call or email us to discuss your design, send us the photos, if any, to explain your idea .
- Delivery details are needed to quote the shipping costs. We will send you 3D images to confirm the design and final the quote.
- Once payment is clear, the order will be dispatched within 3-7 business days.
1. When you have a list of parts to order, we will be able to quote for you at once. If you are not sure about what parts you may need, we still can help you. Send us your sketch or photo by email, we will pick the right parts and calculate the price for you. In the case we don’t have exactly the same pipe size in stock, we will recommend a small change to your design. We will consult you on features and try to match your idea.
2. Please confirm the parts size and quantity, an invoice including product price and shipping costs will be sent to you.
3. Once payment received, we will carefully pack the items and send them out by courier as soon as possible.
